Battle of The Bites

Congratulations to our Alcon catering – a culinary team led by Executive Chef Jevon Harris and Sous Chef Trey Clark for winning the Battle of the Bite’s Judge’s Choice Award. Battle of the Bites was held September 8th at TX Whiskey Distillery as a fundraiser for the Dallas – Fort Worth Chapter of the National Association of Catering and Events. The fundraiser benefited the Notre Dame School of Dallas which serves students with disabilities.

The award-winning dish was a Cajun Crawfish Eggroll topped with a Creole Remoulade and was delicious. Sodexo Catering’s dish stood above the competition of caterers from across the DFW area.
