Recently through an annual selection process of your peers ….You have been selected to join our 3rd Annual Culinary Institute of America – Sodexo Chef Forum in Downtown San Antonio, TX on Tuesday, October 25th.

This is an exhilarating one-day CIA-certified “private course” where you and your other fellow nominated culinarians will have a chance to commingle, collaborate and augment your culinary skills.

Upon acceptance to this invitation …please work to secure hotel, Air and/or Ground transportation through Scott’s on SodexoNet. 

Note – This CIA course has been fully funded and covered by the TXCO district

Travel

Travel should entail arrival Monday Oct 24th and Departure Wed Oct 26th
